Bobby Davro
Bobby Davro has been a popular comedian since the mid-1980s, when he had his own Saturday night ITV shows, Bobby Davro on the Box, Bobby Davro’s TV Annual and Bobby Davro’s TV Weekly. During the 1990s Bobby switched channels to the BBC, appearing on television shows such as Public Enemy Number One. In 2016 Bobby went on a 20-date UK tour and he has been a guest of Graham Norton on his weekly BBC Radio 2 show.
Darius Davies
Darius cut his teeth in the comedy clubs of New York city. Due to “visa irregularities” Darius soon found himself back, and uncelebrated in London. He’s a distinct voice in a sea of ubiquity and fearless in his belief in what is funny and forging his own path. High energy, captivating and fuelled with passion, soul and wit.
Victor Daniels
Victor Daniels is a seasoned comedian with numerous years of experience and has performed at The Comedy Store, Top Secret, Glee Club, Frog and Bucket and Vauxhall Comedy Club to name a few. He recently performed a one man show at the Brighton Comedy Festival 2022.
Josh Howie
Josh weaves lengthy tales out of everyday life that are utterly hilarious. He’s a brilliant storyteller. Josh is also a regular on the satirical news show Headliners on GB News.
Dominic Frisby
Dominic is a libertarian version of Billy Bragg (with a sense of humour). He tells jokes, he sings songs and he will be our excellent compere for the evening. Creator of internet sensation ’17 million f*** offs’ and writer of hilarious songs that satirise our bonkers culture, including the recent ‘Gonna Mary Gary’.
Why Comedy Unleashed?
Andrew Doyle: “Andy and I set up Comedy Unleashed because we feel that the time is right for a new alternative comedy movement. We book comics from all political backgrounds, or those who have no interest in politics at all. Our key criteria is that they are talented and funny. It never ceases to amaze me that this is considered in any way controversial.”
