Comedy Unleashed

July 9 @ 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

£10 – £25

A night of free-thinking comedy with comedians who don’t self-censor.

Lewis Schaffer

Lewis is the darling of the satirical news show Headliners. He’s a top New York comedian who settled in the UK. He is particularly loved by women of a certain age – charming, unpredictable, spontaneously surreal and utterly maverick.

Mark Dolan

Mark Dolan is an English presenter, writer and comedian. He hosts Mark Dolan Tonight at weekends and Mark Dolan Live on Fridays for GB News. He was the host of the Channel 4 game show Balls of Steel from 2005 until 2008.

Jonathan Kogan

Launching himself into the world of stand-up over the last 2 years with a genuine love for and fascination with comedy, he forges his sharp material from a combination of astute observations, self-deprecating Jewish humour and unique one-liners, all with a natural anti-authoritarian slant.

Cressida Wetton

Cressida appears on GB News satirical news review show Headliners and has appeared on BBC Radio 4 Extra and numerous shows at the Edinburgh Fringe including ‘Small Town Fools” – a show about provincial life in Gloucestershire, one of her favourite topics.

Samantha Day

Comedian and “titologist” Samantha Day wrote and performed The Booby Trap – an Edinburgh show entirely about breasts, and shortlisted for the 2023 Amused Moose Comedy Award. “Just brilliant – her tit material is without equal” (Arthur Smith)

Stephen Grant

A hugely popular MC at the London club. Stephen an energy and intellect and won multiple awards as a result. He makes the place buzz and he has an opinion on everything and everyone.

Why Comedy Unleashed?

Andrew Doyle: “Andy Shaw and I set up Comedy Unleashed because we feel that the time is right for a new alternative comedy movement. We book comics from all political backgrounds, or those who have no interest in politics at all. Our key criteria is that they are talented and funny. ”
