This Weeks show is Heat of So You Think You’re Funny

Since it began in 1988, So You Think You’re Funny? has kick-started the careers of dozens of the country’s top comics including Dylan Moran , Peter Kay Rhona Cameron and Tommy Tiernan.

The competition starts in March with showcases countrywide and is  open to new acts, who haven’t been performing regularly since the previous September. This means that they are still an emerging talent – not established. If you have performed a few times prior to this date, but not necessarily ‘regularly’, and you think you might still fall under the category of ’emerging talent’ – please send us your application!

In recent years, the search for the best comedy newcomers has been to Bath, Liverpool, Birmingham, Newcastle, Manchester, Glasgow, Dublin, and Brighton and to over ten comedy clubs in London.

An exclusive sneak peak of brand new material from the great and the good of the comedy world featuring established acts trying out new material, big TV names warming up for national tours and some of the most exciting rising stars of the comedy scene. Resident hosts David Ward (‘entertaining’ – Time Out) and Dave Whitney (‘Huge Laughs’ – The Spectator).

Terms & Conditions: Please note that each ticket booked in advance must be exchanged for a wristband at the Box Office by 7.15pm or a £3 late arrival fee will be charged to each person arriving after that time.
