Rick Murtagh has been regularly performing stand up since June of 2012 and is a conversational/confessional style comic who touches on his fears, misanthropy and idealistic silliness.
Based in Middlesex, he frequents London based nights and has performed on many semi-pro/pro nights – getting occasional paid work as a result.
He has performed with established acts such as Pat Cahill, Stephen Carlin, Tom Rosenthal, Sanderson Jones, Nathan Caton, Lewis Schaffer and Alfie Brown.
He was also a finalist in the London Comedy Store King Gong competition and his 3 man show ‘Man-Go Unshaved’ at the Camden Fringe had two sell-out shows during it’s very short run.
