24-year-old Bennet (who despite the name is not a girl) has been performing stand-up and “witty musical comedy” (GetReading.co.uk) for almost 3 years. In this time he has performed at various venues across the country with his homemade keytar, with songs covering every topic from colour blindness to table tennis.
He was a frequent contributor for the Leeds University comedy society, writing many sketches and performing in several shows. He started to develop his stand-up and musical comedy at this time. On several occasions he has reached the final script stage of Radio 4 Extra’s Newsjack.
