Rebecca Shortall got into comedy to feed her desperate need for attention. So far it’s paying off. She has been a finalist in the 2015 Brighton Comedy Festival Squawker Awards and a semi-finalist in the 2015 Funny Women Awards. While she is relatively new to the comedy scene she has a confident stage presence and a charming, charismatic delivery. She tackles issues of that range from sexuality and gender to the packaging of condoms and nativity productions.
She has won numerous new act night titles like the Comedy Virgins Clap Off and she has beaten the Blackout and Up the Creek. She also co-hosts the Drunk Degrassi podcast.
