Please arrive in plenty of time as random bag searches are in operation and may delay your entry
For Thursday, Friday and Saturday Backyard Comedy Club Shows you should arrive by 7.15pm. Please note that each ticket booked in advance must be exchanged for a hand stamp at the Box Office by 7.15pm or a £3 late arrival fee will be charged to each person arriving after that time. You can not exchange tickets on behalf of people in your party who are not on the premises.
For other events we suggest arriving at least 30 mins prior to the start of the show or as stated on the ticket in the terms and conditions.
How do I collect my tickets?
You will have been emailed a confirmation about your tickets. You just need to print it off and bring it with you to the club or show the confirmation email on your phone to exchange this for a hand stamp.
When should I book my tickets?
Our weekends and special shows regularly get very busy, so it’s best to book as far in advance as you can for those shows. For most shows you are able to buy tickets at the door on the night, but we’d recommend arriving for the doors opening to make sure you can get tickets.
Can I buy/collect tickets in person?
You can buy tickets in person at The Backyard Comedy Club during the normal open hours of the bar.
Please note that all tickets booked in advance for Backyard Comedy Club Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening shows must be exchanged for getting a hand-stamp in person by 7.15pm or a £3 late arrival fee will be charged to each person arriving after that time. There are no exceptions to this rule. You cannot get your hand stamped for people not in the premises. The Box Office opens at 6.30pm on show nights.

For other shows, check the information on the ticket and in the terms and conditions.
Do you do a concession ticket?
We do not do a concession price ticket, as we are the cheapest pro comedy club in London.
Does my ticket guarantee me a seat/reserve me a seat?
All seating is on a first come first served basis. If you are in a large group we will aim to sit you together, but we suggest you arrive early to guarantee this. Please let the duty manager know of your group on arrival.
Do you do any discounts?
Our in-house produced Thursday, Friday and Saturday night shows are all priced from £5 per ticket. This is incredibly good value for the quality of the comedy we put on. You can pay twenty pounds in similar London comedy clubs to see the same acts doing the same material; we have chosen to be the best value comedy club in the capital. No – we don’t do discounts.
Do you serve food?
Yes we serve a range of delicious pizzas and sides. Our kitchen is open until 11pm. You can view our menu here.
What time does the show finish?
Most shows run for 2 and a half hours including intervals.
Can we heckle/talk during the performance?
No, we want everyone to enjoy their night out and we aim for a theatre-like environment when the acts are on stage. Some performers encourage audience interaction, in which case feel free to join in when you are spoken to. Please don’t be offended if we ask you to be quiet, other people have paid to listen to the comedy, not to you and your friends.
Is there any age restriction on the shows?
All our evening shows are over 18s. We also operate a challenge 25 policy so if you’re lucky enough to look under 25 then you’ll be asked for ID. We only accept a UK or European driver’s license, a valid passport or proof of age card bearing a PASS hologram.
