When asked to describe his style of comedy, this is what John had to say, “My persona is “cheeky puppy dog”. I’m very happy to be on stage and my material is quite playful. There are lots of autobiographical stories with puns and wordplay mixed in. If I’m playing a post-midnight show I have some ruder material, but I also have clean sets for more polite crowds”.
