Dana Alexander began her career in Canada in 2000 at the tender age of 18 in her hometown of Edmonton, Alberta. One short year later her comedy to took her to Vancouver and later Toronto. It was in this time that she honed her skills in Clubs, Theatres, Festivals and Universities across Canada, which eventually lead to a multitude of national work on Radio CBC, XM Satellite and Television CBC, CTV & Much Music. Dana was included in Now Magazine’s “Year’s Best Of” 3 years running before she made her move for London, England in 2011.

In less than one year Dana became a regular fixture on the British Comedy circuit perfprming a regularily at clubs like, The Glee, The Comedy Store, Komedia,The Stand, Jongleurs and Highlights. Shortly after that she was nominated “Best Club Comic” by Chortle and for “Best Female Comedian”, “Best International Act” and “Funniest Comedy Moment” by the Black Comedy Awards. It was also in this year that she made her debut on British television appearing on BBC 3’s Russell Howard’s Good News and later on the Edinburgh Comedy Festival Gala. Dana currently tours internationally and is the Producer of “Fierce and Fabulous”.
