Ben’s comedy has been described as ‘intelligent’ and ‘self-referential’ but he thinks these are kind ways of saying ‘know-it-all’ and ‘cripplingly self-aware’. He’s recently returned from the Edinburgh Festival where he was a semi-finalist in the Fringe’s famous So You Think You’re Funny? competition. He’s also a semi-finalist in the ongoing Golden Jester Award competition. A couple of MCs have even managed to pronounce his surname correctly.
